Three reasons I might be successful as a Dentist is because I enjoy helping people and making them feel better. Also, dentist have to solve many problems, and I would like to put my problem solving skills to work in the real world. The last reason is that about nine out of ten are in private practices, so I would probably be pretty dependent on myself and the work I do.
Three reasons I might not be successful as a dentist is because it takes about 8 years of college and schooling, which is a lot of school. Another reason is because I sometimes have a weak stomach, and if someone came in with extremely nasty teeth, I don't know how I'd handle it. The last reason is that making one mistake could cause a huge problem, and most people care a lot about their teeth, so I'd be in huge trouble.
