Three reasons I might be successful in this career is that I find working conditions, employer support, and independence important, and all of these are interests of a sales manager.. Also, I enjoy working on computers, and a sales manager spends a lot of time on the computer. The last reason I might be successful is that I like to make decisions, and a manager makes a lot of big decisions.
Three reasons I might not be successful as a sales manager is that I sometimes get nervous when selling things to people because I don't want to waste their time, so this might come into play as I'm trying to sell people things. Another reason is that I would have to spend a lot of time analyzing data, which might get boring and rutine. The last reason is that if someone doesn't want a product, I will probably be able to see where they're comming from and I won't try harder to get them to buy the product.
